Today marks 2 years that you gained your angel wings 🥺👼🏻. Life feels so incomplete without you Jacob and my heart still aches so much 😢. I try everyday to find comfort knowing that one day I’ll see the sun shine bright upon your face when i finally get to heaven and then all my pain will be erased ⭐️👼🏻💙 we’ll soar the skies together as angels two by two 😇❤️.
